Recently, I was given back access to the Twitter account I lost in October 2021. It had almost 21K accounts following it, and I am finding many of those followers are STILL ideologically possessed libertarians and anarchists. You can imagine the fun I’ve been having.
It's very hard to not throw the occasional jab at or troll anarchists on Twitter. They're just so damn sure they have all the answers. I'm in a text thread where we troll one guy who is a ridiculous person. Outside of the thread we all acknowledge its immature behavior as we're all roughly 40 years old, but I guess it's one guilty pleasure that doesn't consume much time.
Keep the lolbert bash coming. Alot of us in these circles used to have those opinions and need to be reminded of just how far we've come.
It feels like looking at a picture of myself from my teenage years. The reminder of the unfathomable cringe is what steels my resolve to not be a jagoff and actually have original thoughts
Libertarians can't have the friend/enemy distinction explained to them bc most of them believe that they have no enemies. "Hey man, when I'm talking to libs i outflank them to the left and when I'm talking to conservatives I outflank them to the right". So yeah, arm everyone, brilliant.
This is why you drive them so batshit, most of them are just half smart people pleasers who frame their discussions to suit the people that they're with. They do that to avoid being called out on their shit.
Also, it's funny that a bunch of mostly godless pothead heathens stole St. Paul's strategy for converting people when they 're spreading the good word of libertarianism.
You don't have to explain yourself, but you do a damned good job of it. A bunch of us ancaps et al got punched in the mouth with 2020. Many of us have changed for the better. Men and women of action.
