It is incredibly liberating when you realize that you are allowed to decide what relationships you will invest in and which you will just let fade away. We are not required to keep toxic people in our lives and we shouldn't.

Edit: I learned this lesson too late in life, but at least I did.

Reminds me when I hear that places like NYC are melting pots, when in actuality they are closer to those big popcorn tins that have dividers in them.

This is Baal world. There is no escape from hell, except being in the "circles" with like minded souls.

Those people I thought I would get along suddenly crumbled in front of my eyes. With great shock, individuals I admired and respected all my life tarnished in matter of seconds.

And my convinctions made another turn too....further to the right.

It was no race matters, no cultural issue, no political party intollerance, no gender equality topic that divided me as much as the entire narrative of these past 26 months....It was clear for me that LOGICAL vs IRRATIONAL could not and cannot cohexist.

The COVID era has better defined my separationist and isolationist nature. I understand now that FEAR is the driving force of this universe. Sadly.

When people fear, they panic and their thoughts pattern is obscured. The lowest human traits come to the surface like scum....compliancy to tyranny, silence to injustice, cowardice, stupidity, confusion, phoniness, and above all bigotry.

In order for all of us to be united again, we need to stay divided to regroup and re-unite.
