Well said. It really is that simple. We want to live in a country with a culture of peace and stability. These aren't ambitious goals or impossible achievements, yet our ruling elite have deemed it out of reach at this time. "Because we live here and want things this way" is a perfectly acceptable reason.

And if you can't understand that, you're the problem.

We do not have to justify or explain with ideology or economic theories why we do not want invasions of our homelands by foreign peoples. We want a peaceful homeland for our families, free of invaders because we want it, period.

Those are the choices. What lends itself to that and what doesn't? What is to be embraced and what is to be avoided?

Offtopic sanity check if anyone will indulge me.

I see all of our libertarian friends in a tizzy about the tik-tok ban. My kneejerk reactions:

-these chicoms are transing our kids and making them retarded, yeah, ban it. Ban any propaganda weapons from other nations.

-no, not a slippery slope. Power will do as it wishes, but good fucking luck going to war with elon musk

-I see these libertarians and almost want to believe that they're idealistic idiots. But my guess is that if we follow their donations, they gettin tik-tok cash

Am I nuts, missing the plot or is this whole thing kinda retarded?
