As an adult, and more importantly, acting like one (for the most part), I am very quick to apologize for and acknowledge my mistakes. When you are as “extremely online” as I am, you’re bound to make a few, and some of those may come in the form of false accusations. I admit I have made a few but they were made out of ignorance. I have never just “made something up” to make someone look bad. The same cannot be said of my enemies. When I recently appeared on Reed Coverdale’s “Naturalist Capitalist” YouTube channel, a member of the Libertarian Party “Loser Brigade” (those critical of the Libertarian Party Mises Caucus, LPMC) accused me of calling for violence against “trans people” and claimed to have receipts. She was adamant that she “always brings receipts.” What she presented were screenshots from Facebook in which I was critical of her far-left, positive-rights based political views. I guess in her mind, being critical of trans people is also calling for violence to be carried out against them.
I would say people who make up false accusations about people based on tribalist exaggerations which everyone even in the tribe can see through does make them a bit of a dumpster fire. The only reason to make exceptions on her behalf is because one doesn’t want to get kicked out of the tribe for dealing with the loudest and most narcissistic monster in there and have heaps of flaming trash flung in their direction next. A group based on disingenuous “cry bully kafkatrapping” tactics is not going to lose their loudest and most prominent cry bully. It would be hypocritical. And she’d win because she’s the master of the same bullshit and inconsistency their whole tribe is founded upon.

I had a recollection tonight of a time when I was dating Aaron, I think pregnant. I came out to hear Aaron play a gig and this gal was there who I really liked when we first met. She was an oversexed loud mouth. I started noticing after a long while she was weird and overly attention seeking. That night, she came up to me to tell me she'd "surfed" on Aaron's guitar at a gig I missed because of morning sickness. I don't know why she was being weird about it. I couldn't picture Aaron letting people stand on his guitar. It was a trick her husband did at his gigs on his own guitars. Later, when I mentioned her telling me that to Aaron, he was like, "I play hollow bodies. You can't surf on them. Plus, I don't let people stand on my other guitars." We had no idea why she made up this totally weird story. It was pointlessly fabricated and far fetched. Except, she might have been trying to get me to doubt Aaron or something. I think there was a rumor I was jealous or something. I called Aaron a lot when he was out because I was really sick when I was pregnant and throwing up on the walls, floor, furniture and ceiling. He had to pick up a lot of carpet cleaner on the way home. Long story longer, some people lie to create drama in hope of getting THEMSELVES more attention. With those people, the best thing to do is to blow them off and play down their lies as much as possible. They are looking to relive the height of their highschool mean girl glory. The most awesome thing you can do is continue to treat them as the boring and juveille people they truly are. The less attention they get from you, the more they seek others. This ain't everyone but certain desperate, boring liars with no moral compass or philosophical consistency.
