Movies and books about people who have been programmed to kill on command when a codeword or phrase is said to them have always fascinated me. (SPOILER ALERT COMING) There are many but, in my opinion, the greatest of all is the 1962 version of The Manchurian Candidate (don’t even bring up the remake!). The scenes in which the soldiers are convinced they are at a tea party are enthralling. I always imagined how many hours upon hours it took to brainwash those soldiers to do the things they did. Absolutely we need to separate from them, especially financially, as much as possible. One of the remaining levers we have with any potential to attract the eyes of elites, are our dollars. We basically need to form a consumers union, to target and intentionally attack the revenue of specific enemy conglomerates. If you had a safe way to receive company confidential info from leakers, this could be a particularly useful double-edged sword; simultaneously culture jam them, and drain them. You can’t turn Alinsky’s later rules on them, unless you organize first.
