In case anyone is interested, a good strategy for losing weight, aside from obvious things like cutting all fast foods from your diet, is to quit carbohydrates like wheat, rice and potatoes. Fruit sugar is fine, since it does not add to carbohydrate cravings. I cut them out about 4 months ago. The first week is hard, but what I found that worked against the cravings is cold showers. 5 minutes in a cold shower, especially after a stressful day at work, works wonders. After it is over, you become very, very relaxed and can sleep a lot better. Once the cravings are broken (took me a week), then carbohydrates become an option, not a requirement. I have only broken my abstention from them about once per month. You will drop weight, think clearer and eat and feel healthier. Just my own health tip. I am 54, in reasonably good health and shape, and it is without a doubt true that your health starts with what you eat.
As far as tips on fitness itself, weight training, in and of itself, is a waste of time. It may look physically appealing, but traditional American weight training has a fatal flaw: It is not integrative. In other words, 'arm day' or 'back day' excludes all other muscle groups. You will never perform a daily movement where other muscle groups are not involved. This isolation of muscle groups makes others weak and risks injuries. You will never, for example, place an extremely heavy weight on the back of your neck, compress your spinal column, and perform a squat. You WILL, however, squat to pick something up in front of you and walk with it. These kinds of movements are complimented via the use of kettlebells. An excellent YouTube channel I recommend for not only exercises, but the science behind them (not boring and not very long) is 'Mover's Odyssey':
High quality kettlebells are not cheap, but you can find ones that will do at any sporting goods store. Your basic daily movements are pushing and pulling patterns. Bodyweight exercises will keep you very busy, and pleasantly sore. Augment that with kettlebell training and fitness will find you.
One more thing: It is important to realize, took me decades, that all propulsion initiates from the hips and pelvis. From squatting, to pushups and even pullups. Start with hip and pelvic mobility. Any restriction in movement in your midsection will cause back and neck pain.
There is a large rw account who seems a little anti-white. His instincts on BLM and cop shootings flat piss me off.
I just stay quiet about it. I can see that this account is helpful for some of our guys. I just unfollowed and deal with frustration of seeing him get retweeted on my timeline bc, fuck it- who fuckin cares?

It’s worse than you said… “Including members of the armed forces, the Executive Branch employs more than 4 million Americans.”

Excluding the armed forces, we need 100 executive employees.
Actually you were spot on. I looked up how many military employees and it’s 2.8. So 1.2 million. That’s insane.

Good show. I enjoy positive news.
Thank you!
Weight cutting analogy hits hard

I really like Richard Baris’s take on how overinflated Harris’s poll numbers are. Starting around the 12 minute mark on Baris & Barnes’ conversation about this https://www.youtube.com/live/NJA2mcIdE40?si=rkT10qXkUVwyeLrh
