Will definitely watch as I just now learned that my $90 order for the physical copy got cancelled and refunded from Abe Books because the seller ended up not having a copy available. Now the only other copies are $600.
Really hoping we have a Dissident or Heterdox small independent publisher in our circles that’ll reprint a small batch of affordable copies of books like this.
