I needed to hear that. I wish I had friends like you in nz. The worst thing is how few people around me seem to know or care about what is happening. Prayer is great, praying the rosery on my drive to work each morning is a great way to start the day. God has a plan and is on our side. God bless you and all the people that follow you Pete.

I got up shortly before 5 this morning and started smoking (just apple) the two pork picnics my wife rubbed last night. My entire block smells like a healthy mental state.

The most important thing is to have purpose in your life. Beyond just yourself. This is something that is rarely talked about. Having something that gets you excited about going about your day. That is what preserves sanity and makes us enjoy our life no matter what is happening “out there.”

Messages of positivity and hope from yourself and others (just found The Worthy House) are crucial. We must all strive to be the great man in our own tiny kingdom.

One thing that helps me is to put down all the electronics and find someone to talk to. Doesn't matter if it is about the weather, motorcycles, business, etc. Just lay off the political bs. Humans are social animals. We need each others company. I believe that if we spend more time communicating face to face with each other we can learn to look past politics and realize that all men are brothers. We all have the same wants and needs.

Even Knowles on daily wire went hard today talking about how they want us dead and we need to yeild power and jail these clowns grooming children. I wonder if Shapiro will tell him to pull back.

Can confirm doing even 5-10 minutes of meditation a day consistently is a world changer. Try it before you exercise and you’ll notice how much better your workouts are. Same goes before you sit down to read a book or doing any task. It’s like sharpening a blade before you use it to cut. Your life becomes infinitely better for it.

Medito is a great free app to use for a timer or you can just use another manual timer out some earplugs in, sit down on a cushion or chair, and just focus on your breathing and heartbeat.

Brain-Heart Coherence is something very foundation to a lot of Esoteric and Hermetic doctrines for a good reason. Joe Dispenza, Bruce Lipton, Gregg Braden, etc. many others have advocated for this for years now. It’s foundational to Yoga and Pranayama (Breathwork Wim Hof) practices as well. Exercising and tightening the Mind-Body connection inevitably leads One to Self Actualization.

Meditation is also a key component of Warrior training going back to guys like Musashi Miyamoto and others from centuries past.

Solid. I think I’ll go out this evening after work and go for a walk or short hike. That’s something I need to do more after work & and I really need to hit the trails on the weekends, every weekend. I had stopped...

Getting into the church thing, attended some bible studies and hopefully I’ll make a friend or two to converse with regularly.
