Just exactly what everyone needs to hear. Well done sir. As far as we're concerned there is no federal government. We have no say in what happens at the federal level, so why bother paying attention to it. Hoppe is correct, all politics is local. The rest is just theater for the dupes.
There are so many mysteries and intricacies to worldly events I often refuse to take a strong stance because I know I don’t know all the details and back story of why any particular singular event happened at that moment. As a voracious reader I know better than to think I have more than a moderate knowledge of the details at play more often than not and 99% of the time there’s nothing I can do to change it anyway.
But myself and my family? I can take care of that. I will fight tooth and nail for that. Everyone should because like you said Pete, when SHTF no one is coming to save you but you
While libertarians are good for a laugh, they are insignificant. They are not misguided friends for the most part, but rather drones who have taken the philosophy of the enemy to the logical and chaotic end. The libs take on libertarianism in culture, the cons in trade - we all get fucked.
The ones who are worth a damn will end up here with us, the same way we ended up here - on their own, falling down a lucky rabbit hole. No one could have persuaded me here, i had to get here on my own.
So glad I found you years ago on Facebook and I’ve followed ever since. Love the direction you are going and you’ve had a significant influence on my life and me trying to better myself and my future family. ❤️🔥
I always recommend to any and every Libertarian I meet to watch the 1st chapter by chapter read of The Populist Delusion by Neema Parvini aka Academic Agent to begin the red pill suppository process ASAP.
It’s incredibly short, practical, and bluntly persuasive as a strategy guide for local and county level politics. Just like Owen Benjamin says 10 guys within a 10 mile radius that’s something I’ve already started building that and I’m already almost a 1/3rd of the way there.
I’m actively forcing myself to be more sociable and get out there and the results are happening right in front of me. I’m finding new friends locally in the real world that I can talk to about these subjects. At the current rate I’ll have that entire group of 10 people in my county built up by end of Q1 2023.
Instead of reacting to events locally, we’ll be able to start doing something about them.
The other thing I strongly recommend to everyone no matter their political persuasion is Sun & Steel by Yukio Mishima. IMHO this is the greatest essay of all time and Rothbard can suck it. It renders Anatomy of the State moot.
If even a small fraction of dissidents internalize his message, then they will become completely ungovernable as well as the most physically fit specimens that’ll command respect from everyone around them simply by virtue of being in the room.
You can't change people's minds. If you are truly interested in local politics, a group of like-minded people have to take over and impose their will on the political machine. 2020 proves most people will come along.
As far as family goes, as much as we love them, you may have to accept the fact that you have to do this with people who aren't blood but you share values with.

You’ve been killing it, Pete, and I can’t wait to see what the new year holds.
Yes!!
Outstanding and spot on. The exact thing I needed to read right now.

Thanks for the recommend. I'm not sure I found it as profound as you evidently did, but it was definitely a good read.
Hear, hear.
I feel this.
Another great article Peter…Thank you!
