I initially started this Substack because I was sure I was going to be permanently kicked off Twitter and I wanted to still have a place to convey whatever quick thoughts came to me. As time passed, the purpose of this Substack evolved. After a couple of months, I began to write short articles, sprinkling in the occasional long form essay here and there.
The amount of real people on the other side of the culture war is so small, that unless you have a gay jewish cousin like me, you probably never interact with anyone in real life who is actually in favor of teaching kindergarteners about transistioning(meanwhile, the fucking guy won't even hold his husband's hand in front of my kids, he doesn't even half believe the shit he says online).
Auron had a good 12 minute video on the budweiser boycott that is worth watching. If we're going to fight, we need to learn what winning is and how to do it. Getting blocked by a weirdo on twitter isn't owning the libs- taking away their livelihoods is owning the libs.
The enemy is small and organized and powerful. They don't sweat it when kid rock gets pissed off. I'll devote myself to anything that works - for everything else, shit - i got kids to raise, a wife to avoid and weights to lift. Call me when you're ready.
I respect the decision. I never click the videos or skip over those parts anymore when I see someone discussing it. Watching whatever hellbound degenerate spreading their filth has gotten old as there is always someone worse than the last one, they can always take it one level closer to the pit than you had previously imagined. The con inc people love it because they are a business who sees a market niche for content targeting conservatives, as opposed to someone who has values and principles who needs to run a business parallel to their activism for lack of a better word for practical reasons (Not everyone can be Charles Haywood). They don't care about winning they care about making money as their first and only principle, losing is more desirable for those parasites because it allows them to continue their grift. I really highly doubt Ben Shapiro for example if given the option to ruin the Daily Wires profitability but win the culture war outright would ever choose anything other than to retain his profits.
Pete, one of the reasons I continue to read your substack and listen to your podcast is the honest and critical look you take at yourself and the acknowledgement of when you course correct. Thank you for providing your reasoning and thought process here.
It is easy to fall into the 'outrage trap' of being purely driven by emotion and that's just what our overlords want. They want everyone regardless of affiliation fighting over who's on the budlight can. The one that Con Inc is especially skillful at is hypocrisy porn; yes the leftists in power are hypocrites, but they've always been hypocrites, and simply regurgitating that doesn't move the ball forward one inch.
Thank you for being purposeful in what you create and on the flip side thank you for the reminder that as a consumer of information I need to be purposeful in what I take in and why. The most important objective is to win the culture war; not be bogged down in the emotion and self satisfaction of every skirmish.

It is funny, I heard you talking about demoralization today on your podcast and decided it might be time for such a break, then you posted this. I greatly appreciate your work Pete. One of the reasons I broke from libertarianism was the lack of solutions that its various talkers offered. Then I just started dialing in on what I could actually do in my own life and my own sphere of influence.
I guess this falls under "not making stupid people famous." I still disagree with you on what our kids are up against being regional. I had hoped that it was where we lived last in Utah being particularly bad, but we've moved and it's just as pervasive as I can tell in our new patriotic, nationalistic, military region, too. Although, I don't see it in the kids in our direct neighborhood as bad yet as I did in Bountiful so I thank God for that. But it's in the schools across the world. I just talked to a UK friend who had to yell at the teachers in her child's school to stop dressing her child up as a girl and telling him as a toddler he could be a girl once he grows up. I doubt trans ideology among children is a uniquely "Utah" thing as I have friends across the US dealing with this. Schools are pushing this, and it's a social contagion. I don't believe that's an overgeneralization. But trans people are not generally, I hope, as crazy as the ones who make the news. Gays Against Groomers gives me hope, personally. Knowing a significant portion of the gay and trans community is not on board with the social engineering, that Jenner is against this, too... to me, that says that the shit in schools is just retarded school teachers (white women primarily) spreading retardation to yet another generation of kids.
Karen, I don't want to come off as condescending but Idk how serious I would take an organization like Gays against Groomers, It would be akin to Liberals against globohomo or something. It's the same ideology with the same principles but its gone too far for a small subset, but the leaders who are pushing it don't care about their objections and are going to continue to do what they want. Also as far as I understand it, the push for LGBT… agendas is being fought most actively against in schools and school districts BY members of Gays Against Groomers. So contrary to your misapprehension, they are having a huge direct impact showing up all over the country in force to school board meetings to stop this. They are trying to eliminate gay people through chemical castration and surgeries. They obviously have a legitimate beef with this and I think your analogy is not taking this part of the equation into consideration.

I'm purely driven on hatred of the left and their elites. I used to get demoralized and blackpilled all the time, but I see it as a cancer that needs to be removed at all costs. I'm still alive and until my last breath I will fight, not take my eyes off the ball for the latest forced trend of grotesque "Send me money so we can catch the left in hypocrisy" neocon Daily Wire semitic scam where they support destroying Christians overseas and we better send Israel weapons. These people need to be smashed. Demoralization is the quickest way to defeat a collective with soft will. We need to have will of steal to defeat them. We are all tired of this and I will be whitepilled until the day I die.
Just as ex-smokers are hardest on smokers, gays who see the tranies as groomers are their most vocal antagonists. We should support that. The gays know the inner workings of the trans movement and know their weakness. A good place to understand this is to listen to Josh Slocum on his Disaffected podcast. Josh is gay, grew up with a crazy mother and was a leftist activist. His world crashed about 7 years ago and had a full change of mind, politics, and worldview.
