Some people have asked, so here goes. I’m reading two books right now, a chapter or two a day. “Mine Were of Trouble: A Nationalist Account of the Spanish Civil War” by Peter Kemp. He was a Brit who in 1936 went to Spain to fight for the Nationalists against the communists. It reads like a diary with history thrown in.
On the same line of thought I Appreciate you having on Rectenwald, reading Google archipelago now.
