Look, you all know that I am very susceptible to getting emotional, especially when children are involved. But here goes. The backstory to this and how it started is crucial. It wasn’t even news until, Scott Smith, the father of a 15-year-old female student was arrested at a school board meeting in Loudoun County, Virginia, and subsequently became the face of “domestic terrorists” showing up at school board meetings nationwide. He was there because the board was discussing what their policy was to be on locker-room and bathroom use for “transgender” and “non-binary” students. Why was he arrested? He claimed the school board was covering up the fact that his daughter was raped in a school restroom by a fellow student, a biological male identifying as a “gender-fluid” (name and age withheld).
Here’s a less emotional explanation of what is known so far:
As it turns out, Smith’s issue with the proposed policy was much more personal — on May 28th, his daughter was allegedly violently sexually assaulted in one of the women’s bathrooms on campus by a student that identified as gender-fluid and was dressed in a skirt. The male student, whose name has not been released, was transferred to another school in the district where he has been accused of assaulting another female student. Smith’s anger at the meeting stemmed from school superintendent Scott Ziegler stating "To my knowledge, we don't have any record of assaults occurring in our restrooms”, and another attendee at the meeting accusing his daughter of lying about her assault.
Worth noting here — the basic facts of this story have been confirmed by subsequent reporting from other news outlets, so I don’t doubt that the story itself is true. A male student was charged with one count of anal sodomy and one count of forcible fellatio related to an incident that took place on May 28th but juvenile records are sealed, so while we don’t have official confirmation we have good circumstantial evidence that the male student has been charged. In addition, the Wire reports that Smith’s daughter was taken to the hospital and a rape kit administered, with the results coming back “favorable for the prosecution.”
A recent update on the case is at the bottom of the linked article:
UPDATE 10/21/2021 - New evidence has come out that school superintendent Scott Ziegler was aware that a sexual assault took place in a campus bathroom, according to WTOP News of Virginia. In an email he sent to school board members on May 28th, Ziegler confirms an allegation of sexual assault was made and that LCSO was investigating. His email also references Smith’s reaction and that additional law enforcement units were requested to assist.
Ziegler’s email makes no mention of the male student identifying as TGNC, only that an assault took place and that LCSO was investigating both it and Scott’s behavior. Still, it’s pretty damning evidence that Ziegler lied in the June school board meeting when he stated that no sexual assaults had occurred in campus restrooms.
I know I say this over and over but the world has gone mad. Our “servants” have taken it upon themselves to protect rapists and then transfer the violent offender somewhere else to continue to prey on others.
The “gender-fluid” boy makes the claim that he and the victim had sex twice before and were supposed to meet in the bathroom that day to hook up, but the victim said she was sick. Later that day he apparently followed her into the bathroom and threw her on the floor and forced her to have sex with him. He was found guilty of the May 28th assault on October 28th. The details are here.
And what was the mother of the alleged perpetrators response to the news her son is raping teen girls?
Except for getting your kids out of schools and educating them yourselves, what do you do? The school board protects violent predators based on how they’ll be judged by the ‘woke mob.” This parent is an activist, and in my opinion probably taught her child his “gender-fluidity” since birth. “But my child won’t be socialized and won’t fit into society!” At this point, that should be a badge of honor.
Here's the thing: "Except for getting your kids out of schools and educating them yourselves, what do you do?" Our family took in two local homeschoolers when their parents got divorced,
and both had to work. We unschool so our kids played together all day with theirs in our tiny, two bedroom apartment at the time. When their parents got home from work, they would address their educational needs.
Rather than making exceptions, I think it's time to ask, "how?" How can we homeschool and protect our children? What creative ways can we come up with to make this possible?
Many homeschoolers understand the imminent danger children are in at school. They would do anything to protect not only their own but the children of those less fortunate from that danger.
If we keep assuming it's "just not possible" or "just not realistic" for "exceptional" people then it never will be. (I think this might be posted on my blog today. Me and every other homeschooler are tired of this victimist rhetoric.)
People can easily find homeschooling communities in their area via social media. I suggest they ingratiate themselves with these communities ASAP. It's far more productive than trying to ingratiate oneself with a hostile and insane school board or a fixed voting system.
This shit makes my blood boil. I got perma-banned on Reddit for saying these degenerates need to be purged from society. And I don’t feel bad about it.
“Oh she’s 15 she can defend herself” fuck out of here. If only it were that simple defending yourself when you are being attacked. He should be tried as an adult.
