Haha, just kidding. You should know by now that I don’t care about being politically correct (PC). Political correctness, like most social engineering from the left (the right also promotes PC), is designed to shut down not only your voice but to make you question whether you are moral at your very core. This is why it is necessary to ridicule and mock those who use PC as a weapon. They’re the insane people, and I don't care how they identify politically.
By now, most people have seen the video of the animal(s) wailing on a 9-year-old White girl on a school bus in South Florida.
Here’s the link to the story in the New York Post. The Post doesn't give any personal information about the monster(s) because he/they is/are underage. But I’m sure many have wondered what would be done about this. Here you go!
And what exactly is the purpose of “Civil Citation?” From the article:
According to the Office of Justice Programs, “the goal of civil citation is to divert first-time, low-level juvenile offenders away from the juvenile justice system at the earliest stage of the process. The program is intended to limit eligible youths’ contact with the system and reduce potential stigma associated with an arrest record.”
I wonder which is worse: the trauma of getting a beatdown from animals or the "stigma" the animals would suffer by being put away in a juvenile facility. I care about the former, but I don’t give a shit about the latter!
The statement released by Miami-Dade County Public Schools is something else:
“Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS) is aware that several video clips involving students from Coconut Palm K-8 Academy are circulating on a social media platform, which promotes prohibited unsafe behavior. Miami-Dade Schools Police arrested the offender and they will be charged accordingly. Additionally, those involved will be disciplined according to the Code of Student Conduct. The safety and well-being of our students is of the utmost importance. This school district goes to great lengths to promote the values of restraint and respect as well as using social media responsibly. We ask that parents reinforce these principles at home.”
Riiiiiight, because one of the big problems here is that the brutal attack was filmed and posted to social media.
I will make a prediction here that may not come true, but at this point I’m willing to bet money on it: the "Civil Citation," which has the goal "to divert first-time, low-level juvenile offenders away from the juvenile justice system at the earliest stage of the process," will fail in this case. This kid will have a life in which he’s well acquainted with the penal system. I honestly don’t want that for him, but if he’s showing a lack of self-control at this age, what evidence can be presented that he will change?
I once had a Chinese school bus driver in my elementary school days. After the black kids refused to stop acting like animals on the bus, she decided to just drive right past their stops and have us wave at them. Based Chinese lady. She got fired for it.
The violent preparator of this assaults feelings are considered over the harm caused to an innocent in almost every mainstream recap of the incident. A lose-lose scenario, on one hand you have an individual already showing traits that should not be acceptable in society getting a slap on the wrist and and on the other an innocent that probably will never feel safe at school again. The negative has been left to grow while the positive was diminished.
If something is deemed worthy of punishment there should be 99% adherence to the policy and only truly exceptional circumstances should merit review. Not automatic deviation, review. Only a fraction of the reviews should trigger a change.
This kid should be expelled, arrested, and charged. His punishment should be severe enough to deter him and others from future violent outbursts.
