Alright, today is just me spewing more venom.

From the article:

In an interview on NBC's "Meet the Press," the chief medical adviser to the White House pointed out that the public has grown accustomed to wearing masks and added that quantifiable data shows that its use has helped stem the spread of other viruses.

“Accustomed to wearing masks…” It’s almost as if that was the plan all along. None of the so-called experts ever gave a timeline as to when it would be “safe” for people to stop wearing a mask. In fact, Fauci himself said that even after vaccination people would have to continue wearing them. And “quantifiable data”? Get the fuck out of here with that bullshit. How about a peer-reviewed study? Or three? I predict the day of the “peer-reviewed” study is gone forever.

Fauci continues:

"We've had practically a nonexistent flu season this year merely because people were doing the kinds of public health things that were directed predominantly against COVID-19," Fauci said.

“We’ve defeated the flu but nothing can beat COVID-19!” That’s the message in Fauci’s statement. I can’t see any other implication.

Fauci added that it is "conceivable" that during seasonal periods where respiratory-borne viruses such as the flu are prevalent, people might decide in the next year or two to wear masks to diminish the possibility of either spreading or catching these diseases.

I’m shocked he didn’t take this opportunity to mention a possible new strain of coronavirus. But don’t be fooled, he’s not saying that people may decide on their own to start wearing masks only seasonally, he’s putting it in people’s heads TO wear the mask from now on. Note, that while he is talking about the flu, he uses the term “disease.” This is on purpose. The flu tends to go away in a couple days with no lasting effects. But “diseases” are more serious, they kill. And that is what gets in your subconscious and plants roots.

The author of the article then jumps in with:

Common viruses such as influenza have virtually disappeared this year, partly because of coronavirus restrictions including masks. And a sharp decline of flu infections during this year's season have led to only one registered pediatric death, compared with dozens in past years, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention data shows.

There are a couple things to notice here. First, the author repeats what Fauci said in that the flu has all but disappeared, yet she offers no explanation as to why masks can prevent the flu, but not SARS-CoV-2. Second, the author, in my opinion, anticipates the reader’s questioning why the flu can be stopped but not COVID-19, so she immediately mentions a child’s death. Oh, there were more in past years we are told, so we should feel good. Masks are saving the children! (And as I said the other day, who can say no to saving the children?)

This is some sick propaganda that is being hurled at the population. I don’t even want to get into the rest of the article, but the link is included for those who wish to torture themselves.
