It's All So Tiresome - It Never Ends

There is a Civil War happening right now called the Tigray War. It started in Ethiopia November 3rd 2020 and the estimated fatalities since the outset range anywhere from 23,000 to 100,000. In 2021 there were 8,000 to 19,000 alone with another 380 estimated from the start of 2022. And you know what? Instinctively, you don’t give a shit. Why? Because this is the first most of you are hearing about it and you have no details. You know what you do have details on though? You guessed it!

The typical rat fucks on social media are calling for US intervention to which I respond:

It’s a genuine hatred of my former self. I watched TV, was told who the hand-picked “bad guy” was, and spewed my “2 minutes hate” at him/her. Most Americans know jackshit about Ukraine. When I was growing up and would tell people I was part Ukrainian, most had never heard of it. I’m not bullshitting. Now, everyone is a fucking Ukraine expert and thinks their neighbor’s children should die for this little-known country. I know I have no control over what other people believe but it’s still infuriating.

I believe the US military is probably at its weakest in a long time. Sure, they can blow shit up but with all of the wokeifying of the branches, and just a general malaise over COVID and the 2020 election, I hear most are counting days or leaving early. They don’t want this shit. Most of us don’t want it and the majority don’t care.

“Russian Man Bad!” I’ve heard this all before.
