Is The Fucking Air Poison?
Seriously, let’s get into this shit. What the fuck happened? A year ago today, my supervisor told me there was a chance we would have to be SEEN sanitizing our hands when clients were around. Two days later nitrile gloves were delivered. A week after that I was shipped my first box of those blue, "will not provide any protection against coronavirus," masks. Well, that escalated quickly! Remember this Tweet? It seems like it was a decade ago.
TWO WEEKS! We were told everyone with the exception of “essential workers” were to “shelter in place” so this didn’t turn into a pandemic. Of course, those “essential” workers turned out to be liquor store workers and even marijuana dispensary “professionals.” So, were they ever truly serious about those restrictions? Someone with a conspiranoid mind could posit that the “lockdowns” were purposely lax in order to justify even more tyrannical measures in the future. But no one reading this buys into conspiracy theories, right? 😉
Ugh, enough of the overlords. Let’s talk about their lackeys, which turned out to be millions upon millions of people. These are the fuckers who, as I currently look out of my Atlanta “office” window, are walking down the street alone, with no one around them, double-masked. Some may ask, “why do you care if they’re doing it voluntarily?” Because it’s perpetuating this bullshit. But even more important, it’s “black-pilling” as fuck. Yes, I know, we’re never going to get the majority of society to see things as we do, but to see how far a country has fallen that was founded on sailing across a frozen river at night to shoot law enforcement in the face is depressing.
I’m jumping back and forth between black-pilled and white-pilled. Every once in a while I see something that gives me hope, then I see a mask on a toddler and I want to get violent. The only thing I can do at this point is scream from every metaphorical rooftop I can find. I find myself wanting to call people fucking morons or beg them to initiate a 1776-moment. Fuck!
I feel the same. I call everyone I see, alone with a mask an idiot out loud. My wife asked why I did that. I told her it was to insure it never seems normal.
Propaganda power at its finest. Showing Chinese people falling in the street, some Italian hospitals overwhelmed on repeat, and when the fear is all whipped up, time to turn over power to the "experts". (Reminds me of 9/11 and that little gem called the Global war on terror that hasn't ended). But the white coat clerics can only use their small statistical tools and degrees of prestige in a limited set. The real ruse was convincing everyone they have authority to implement their recommendations. A white pill is the destruction of the cathedral by its infinite growth model and need to feed on the stupid to continue. Eventually they run out of bodies to consume and have to eat each other instead through purity wars.
The new counter-economies and counter-cultures have techno-pirate and moral high-ground power to combat these pieces of garbage and gain some white space. I do think more work needs to be done before that line is officially drawn in the sand, as in the Sun Tzu principle:
“The supreme art of war is to subdue the enemy without fighting.” If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat."
We need to get to know ourselves more and they don't bother to know anything about us. But I have a pretty fucking good look at who I am dealing with as an enemy the last year, and there is some fine people writing some great shit I enjoy on places such as this. May the hard demarcation lines to their power we build be the white pill we all need and deserve. Then I guess we will see. Good luck comrades!
