I unironically agree that having one person in charge rather than the leviathan that exists now would be preferable. At least you’d know who to blame when everything goes to shit. Whose fault is the shitshow we’re in now? Biden, Trump, Pelosi, or someone whose name you aren’t even aware of?
But when the president starts talking like this, in the age of Executive Orders and COVID-tyranny, and considering what the country's foundational principles are, you should be able to open your eyes to the times you're living in.
