IF America Is White Supremacist, BLM Is Simply A Grift
Yes, I know, the co-founder of Black Lives Matter (BLM), Patrice Cullors, just bought her fourth house. Just bear with me.
One of the dominant narratives to come out of the Woke-Left (WL) in regard to America in general is that everything about it; the founding, its institutions, its very core is rooted in “white supremacy.” I want to proceed under the assumption that the WL is 100% correct in this argument. With that in your head, let’s look at the strategy of BLM.
BLM was founded on the premise that police kill black men with impunity and that even in many cases black men are hunted. So, when a black man in a certain location is murdered, their protesters descend upon the locale and demand “justice” for the murdered (I don’t need to mention riots, looting, etc., to make my point). What this justice looks like is always some nebulous slogan such as “Defund the Police,” but that too should remain in the background for this discussion.
So, BLM is demanding “justice” for a black man from a system that to its very core is rooted in “white supremacy?” That’s what we’re seeing, right? Well, that makes no fucking sense! Why would a thoroughly poisoned system give a fuck about someone it considers to be inferior being killed by its “white supremacist” security force? That I even have to point out this fundamental flaw, especially to so-called libertarians, makes me question whether anyone has the power to think anymore.
Therefore, operating under the assumption that America is white supremacist to its core, the more effective strategy to call attention to rampant police brutality from the very start would have been to call the movement White Lives Matter and concentrate on all of the unarmed white men that local, county and state police kill. At least you’d have a better chance of those operating the “white supremacist to its core” system actually listening to your message. I know this sounds completely bizarre - and that it will never happen - but those are the times we’re in.
That so many “libertarians” are caught up in this movement, either for fear of being deemed racist if they don’t support it, or just out of sheer ignorance and not understanding that it’s a toothless endeavor, makes me wonder who the real allies in the fight for true liberty are.
I've heard that if it were white people being killed by cops on the news there would already be police reform. I tend to agree and that makes me wonder, if it is true, isn't the press helping to protect the cops from a much needed reform?
You wouldn't need to bring up the proportionality of police killing, you could just broadcast every time a cop wrongly kills someone and you would have the numbers needed to tip the scale against police or at the very least, for reform.
If a pleb like me can realize this, why can't the pundits making six figures a year for their insightful opinions?
BLM and Antifa are the "Al Qaeda" in the domestic realm. Used as necessary be elites and the gigaphone to keep the lower classes labeled with different immutable identities and fighting with one another. No unity, no power to resistance the global oligarchy takeover. In fact they run towards it, who else has the resources to help me fight my enemies? What a deal, they will even help you identify them!
During the height of GWOT, opposition rendered attacks against your patriotism and belief in the nation's morality. An Achilles heel for public intellectuals and politicians jockeying in the zeitgeist. Anti-war heroes like Ron Paul and Ralph Nader took it on the chin and didn't back down. How many of us are now in alignment with their message (including inside the Military)?
Do we have those leaders now? Will they stand up to the endless accusations of racism and white supremacy to those who oppose the status quo trend lines? Hopefully a bootcamp is being established for anyone psychotic enough to engage in that space to run them through an intense attack on their character in these realms so they at least have the substrate to remain steadfast and bulletproof. To date, being labeled a racist and/or white supremacist is basically societal permission to end your life or severely disrupt its quality regardless of the truth. If you dedicated your life to improving inner city conditions with your personal wealth but advocated liberty they will label you anyways, you and your colonial savior complex. If you fear it, it will consume you, if you embrace it, it will also consume you with the direct effect of getting you bedfellows you don't want. Threading that needle is no easy task, tough as nails spiritually, mentally, and physically is a requirement in this environment. Tough to cultivate that trifecta in 2021, good luck out their comrades!
