An Event I Love That You May Be Interested In
Some of you may know that I’m a big fan of The Soho Forum Debates in NYC that were created by my friend Gene Epstein. I have been to, I believe 4 now, and I always have a great time. The cool thing is now you can watch via Livestream if you can’t make it in person. He has one coming up that could be of interest to you “Econ Wonks.”
On Thursday, January 26, 2023, at 6:30 PM, Professor Lawrence White will defend the resolution: Replacing the Federal Reserve with free-market institutions would significantly improve the economy's money, banking, and financial systems.
Taking the negative: Frederic Mishkin, Professor of Banking and Financial Institutions at Columbia University.

I met them both at a Libertarian event in Austin back in November and I gave them a few short books but now for the life of me I can’t recall if one of them was The Populist Delusion.
In any case both would be great guests to have on especially if they’ve read a copy of it beforehand because they’d definitely get a lot of utility out of it, same for Tom Woods, Eric July, Dave Smith, Michael Malice, Ron Paul, etc.
