A Fucking 'Hate Crime' Law

This is such horseshit. What is the definition of a crime? Is it when an individual or group has their person or property damaged by another individual or group? Or is it uttering mean words to an individual or group?

COVID-19 (CV19) has been used as an excuse to destroy small businesses, lock down people in their homes and, in my opinion, get them used to “free money” so that Universal Basic Income (UBI) can be instituted. Now, after four years of “the most racist president ever,” who was supported by over seventy million people who are now considered racist just by voting for him, the dystopian-named COVID-19 Hate Crimes Act was signed into law. This oft repeated narrative has made the pliable among us believe that the U.S. has a massive racism problem amongst its population. And now those peddling that story have a law to target those they deem wrong-thinkers. This is a law that allegedly:

addresses hate crimes throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, with particular emphasis on the increase in violence against Asian Americans.

If you want to do some quick math to figure out what the overwhelming majority of these crimes entail, here’s the link. As best as I can tell, this is a law that will be used to prosecute those guilty of “cyber-bullying.” As someone who very much enjoys getting on Twitter and harassing members of the corporate press until they make their accounts “private,” I see this action as pointed directly at me. To believe that the scope of this law will be limited to only ensuring people don’t harass or hurt people of Asian descent because of CV19 is naive.

When you combine the “70 million Americans are racist” narrative constructed during the last four years with last summer’s riots in the wake of the George Floyd video being released, as well as the obvious psychological damage that the government’s response to CV19 caused (and being revealed every day) it should be very easy to see how a law such as the COVID-19 Hate Crimes Act can be passed. And it was passed with thunderous applause. Please recognize that this new law is just a continuation of every single tyrannical measure implemented in the last 15-months. Except, this one is pointed directly at your speech. Even Orwell would be impressed at how fast this happened.
